Puerto Aventuras is a community situated in Solidaridad Municipality, Quintana Roo, Mexico. It is the second-largest community in Solidaridad Municipality, and is known Playa del Carmen's little-known neighbour and has earned the nickname The Harbor of Adventures.

Many Americans, Canadians, Australians and British are fortunate to call this place home, along with the Mexican local population, all of which enjoy the slower, relaxed pace of life.

It is a small, newly built town surrounded by tropical jungle and two beautiful, stunning marinas (where personal yachts and large recreational fishing boats are moored), luxury accommodation and restaurants.

It's population is 5,979 (2010), and is about 9 metres above sea level.
